Had a major emergency with pipes bursting. The guys arrived on time and were very professional. They went above and beyond to get my water back. I could not be more appreciative. The turned a bad situation around within 2 hours. I would highly recommend them. Thanks Guys!

These guys are great and really fair. I called them for an emergency of "no water" and they came in the evening and worked with all their equipment and lights until the problem was solved. Even after the wiring and pump issue allowed water to flow to the home, they would not leave until all pressure issues were resolved and new gauges had to be put in. I would highly recommend Matt and Shawn to anyone with a well.

We found ourselves without water yesterday and I did a internet search and came to American Pump and Well Service. I placed the call after 4:30 and they were able to come out that evening which to me was very impressive! They arrived and assessed the situation and determined we needed a part that they did not have on hand so they left to get the part and came back the same night. They took the time to explain exactly what happened and what they needed to do to fix it. I am in the Customer Service Industry and tend to be critical with service that I receive however their custom service skills were excellent. I would highly recommend this company.
